Great coworkers and employees ar branch level. Upper management as forgot who our customer base is. There focus is on computers and technology more than helping Ron the plumber. They're also cutting pay and hours to show better returns to shareholders. They only plan for today not in a couple years.

Time flies when your busy.

Upper management needs to better understand there customers. Cut back on non selling overhead and pay the people at the branch locations better bonuses.

We listen to each other and not corporate leadership. Corporate has know clue who our customers are and what there needs are. We take matters into our own hands.
