Our technical expertise at the top levels is amazing, with product and platform specialists even helping the vendors fix flaws they've found
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they have been with the company for a very long time and navigated through trying times with very little impact to the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very wide range from vision to long term disability. Just added an HSA option, Aflac for added insurance, and always looking for new things
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is so much focus on cost cutting that operations is run ragged for lack of people. Burnout rate for 3rd level teams is high.
