Very forward looking, never sitting still. Teams work hard, and play hard.

The interviewer listened to my questions and concerns, and answered them clearly. Felt like the interview was a two way street.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very fairly compensated in comparison to the industry overall. Ferguson tries hard to offer a good comprehensive package in a rising cost environment.
