Laid-back environment in most satellite branches, but the environment at main branches is very tense.

New executive leadership is making a sincere effort to change the culture and provide employees with better work-life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
In a sales role, there's always new things to keep you challenged. Customers on the industrial side of the business are generally pretty good to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very little financial incentive for front-line employees. Only salaried employees are bonus-eligible - difficult to grow your income unless you're willing to fight tooth and nail and have the right people in your corner.
