What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not hiring people that are friends of the family over someone that has actually customer service and leadership skills
What are some of the best things about your team?
Literally everyone but the manager. Everyone exhibits incredible customer service and attentiveness to the needs of others. If we said the things our manager says in front of higher up we would be fired.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers. The regulars we have are under I’d leave individuals who will take the time to explain how they are going to use the items they are buying or being patient because we aren’t experts. Ferguson is a great
