What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing due to the issues with communication and logistics. Starts from the Spvsr. Only thing that was good was the guys I worked with and only one of the 4 coordinators we worked under was competent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Plumbing counter sales have less liability and responsibility than the installers and get paid the same. I have 8-12 hrs experience and someone with no experience offered more. Wry unbalanced and no career path offered to any employees at this level Spvsr never provided feedback. Horrible comm
