The wholistic approach from salary to health benefits to equity and parental leave. Doing all the right things!

The variety of projects I get to work on and the cross functional partners I get to meet every day.

I like how visible they make themselves to the company as a whole and how transparent and candid they are with information.

I didn't realize how good the healthcare plan was when I signed up. As a family, we're getting better coverage and paying less!

The continuous and visible communication. Seeing the team every other week at the All Hands is so important. It makes them feel more accessible and approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive recognition that the org celebrates on a daily basis. Not every place does that and I think it's important to celebrate not only people, but our wins in sales, in engineering, and in marketing.
