The company north star, goals and values are kept simple - it's easy to learn them and easy to demonstrate them - making every employee an ambassador.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People at Fivetran consistently and constantly put their best foot forward. They are willing to go beyond their job descriptions to make this a great place to be and ensure the continued viability and future of Fivetran.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity and base pay were both extremely competitive and compelling. You don't want to be the only one taking on a risk by jumping into a startup and Fivetran's financial investment in me helped me see that they were willing to take a chance on me, too!
