It's been very positive experience, the onboarding. even with covid pandemic was excellent. I am challenges but also see lot of opportunties for growth.

The team ahs very collaborative working environment and we are always helping and looking out for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cash compensation could be better; It should consider the geographic market and cost of living for that region.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the product and people I work with everyday and although there are challenges in my role there is tremendous opportunity for growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has vision for the company and have created well defined goal, plan to achieve those goals and executing flawlessly. They care about the employees and their well-being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the technology and solution of the company, the maturity of sales and some of the process for a size of our company is good and people I work with everyday make my job fun and enjoyable.
