I've had a positive exp thus far. I feel Thiago Silva makes his employees feel safe, wanted, and motivates us to succeed in our jobs. He is quick to pick up the phone and say "How can I help", "don't burn yourself out", "let's improve on this" etc. It truly means a lot. Recruiting team is awesome!
