I enjoy being challenged by my co-workers and I learn something new almost every day in this job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the 16 weeks of paid maternity AND paternity leave is something that should be adopted by every company across the country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very transparent about the direction the company is headed in and the significant decisions that are made to continue us on that trajectory.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with genuinely good people. Recently, there were fires in the Denver area and co-workers reached out to offer there homes for those that had to evacuate.
