Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There have been many recruiters reaching out to me. with compensation packages that are higher Low end 150k 150k variable Hight end 200k Base 200k variable. I want to stay and find success at fivetran I have a good pipeline. however the cost of living is expensive with seasons.
