I believe everyone means well. From as someone coming in from HVR where there was very little "noise" in getting work done, I believe the infrastructure here is overkill. People are WAY dependent on Slack for work. It should just be a quick communication tool, not a tool to do work in. I

Sales engagement -- when it goes well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to care about people not struggling to do their jobs. The office hours concept is great. And the 1T1D value is very positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps everyone. It is not an atmosphere of competition within the team, which is great. And I believe it's because of how our comp plan is set up. All positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is amazing at 5 weeks. Salary is fine. 401K could be matched better. Healthcare is eh (but it's like that everywhere). Would have been nice to get more stock options.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the culture the leadership team has created. And the product is great. However, they acquired HVR for a reason and they are ignoring how HVR has been successful in Enterprise accounts. Also, the tools here are overkill...Slack and Ironclad, as examples, decrease productivity in my opinion.
