I would say it's good overall. But at this current scale there needs to be better onboarding and support for newcomers. We need more processes and structure. It's hard to keep up. There are a lot of slab articles but it takes more time to figure it out then to be guided and showed.

I feel very valued and trusted which enables me to work almost autonomously as needed to do my job. There is really good work-life balance (where leaders encourage you to take all 5 weeks of PTO!); and when I close my laptop at night, I can mentally check out and recharge. And my team is incredible!
