I will change my project when it will be such opportunity.If the project will be in another company, then I will change the company. In general Fivetran is nice company, but not for everybody

They do not disturb individual contributors very often

there is Fivetran Camp event, which is super exciting

the basic salary is the best part of my compensation package

they are nice people, they are introverts so do not say something messy

As far as my compensation package contains salary, options and nothing more, then this question is not correct. But salary is OK

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There are a lot of bureaucracy. On regular basis I do not understand why for several man-day task and it requires additional several man-day supporting activities because of reporting

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Well, do not organize meeting about Equity, Equality and Diversity just because you have a plan to organize meeting about Equity, Equality and Diversity. I often feel that such activities are completely isolated from people real needs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I wants to change my career path. In Fivetran it's highlighted that's possible. Actually managers never decline requests, but the culture of company is that if somebody politely agree with you, mostly s(he) disagree with you. Which means no trust
