They value each individual team member as a human, rather than looking at us as purely employees.

Everyone on my team is down to earth and extremely open to share knowledge and collaborate on strategy and ideas. We all prop each other up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity. Not only from the perspective of potential financial gain, but it encourages every team member to dig in and work together to achieve one unified goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture seems to be based around very bright, hardworking people, that value each other at the human level. This fosters collaboration and growth.Its incredibly exciting and encouraging to work in this type of environment day in and day out.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy, is the fact that all of my teammates seem to be happy and excited to work at Fivetran. There is no "light at the end of the tunnel". The light is already here and everyone buys into that concept.
