Two things: 1. I genuinely like and trust my co-workers 2. I feel that I can (and do) make a real impact
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are no egos, the 1T1D culture is incredibly strong. Not only are we willing to step in and help each other, we also are really happy for each other when one person does something well or succeeds at something. We whole heartedly celebrate each others' successes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that everyone gets stock options - this unites us all in our mission to get to IPO. I also think the compensation plan is good (I'm in Sales) - it is built with only upside in mind (there are no decelerators), and a good opportunity to reach upside each quarter.
