People here seem to truly care about your well-being
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fivetran's salary and equity offerings are HIGHLY competitive. I was pleasantly surprised by how much they pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly transparent. Within my first 3 months I've already had 1-1 conversations with the entire C-suite.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that my work will help us achieve the goals we've set out to achieve (including, what I anticipate to be a massive IPO)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fivetran is definitely highly competitive when it comes to compensation. That includes both base salary and equity - meaning I'm fully invested in our success now and in the future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being part of a digital-first company can be hard. But, I don't think that's unique to Fivetran. I appreciate that the company invests in company-wide, in-person events; but it makes growing a rapport hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly accessible. In my first month, I was on small group calls with both the CEO and the COO. That level of access is unparalleled and just goes to show they really care about employee input.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are truly willing to help. And, everyone understands that we're humans who have lives that happen outside of the constraints of work. We have a public calendar policy, and no one is afraid or ashamed to put their daily activities on their calendar, even when they conflict with "working hours"
