What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is bought in and working towards the same goals. There are a tremendous amount of resources available to help you learn / solve your problems. Everyone is friendly and builds each other up, for the most part.

I feel very valued and trusted which enables me to work almost autonomously as needed to do my job. There is really good work-life balance (where leaders encourage you to take all 5 weeks of PTO!); and when I close my laptop at night, I can mentally check out and recharge. And my team is incredible!
