Onboarding was a bit choppy and overwhelming at first. The best advice I got from a colleague was to "apply filters" which helped tremendously. I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues and managers immediately. Overall it has been a very positive experience.

401K, PTO, and accelerators, 6 month reviews w/pay increases when hitting Quotas

I would like to see compensation on accounts that reach a close won status.
