We are extremely efficient and ready to alter if the situation calls for it.

The opportunity to gather in person. Though it seems that these opportunities are now being reduced.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There seems to be roadblocks leading to the completion of projects while the workload continues to increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have had the opportunity to meet in person which was great for us as a team, our creativity, and IDing each others strengths.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The lack of a bonus structure is surprising and lowers my value to the company. Additional benefits that are offered at many companies of this size would be welcomed as well. Examples being LinkedIn Learning, Professional Coaching sessions, random giveaways to boost morale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For many of us hired in the past year most of the benefits listed in our job descriptions are gone. Reduction in paid holidays, no Camp Fivetran, no In-person SKO, no office visits for In-person connection.ERG values are negated with events like closing business with FOTF & altering tweets
