The lack of a bonus structure is surprising and lowers my value to the company. Additional benefits that are offered at many companies of this size would be welcomed as well. Examples being LinkedIn Learning, Professional Coaching sessions, random giveaways to boost morale.
For many of us hired in the past year most of the benefits listed in our job descriptions are gone. Reduction in paid holidays, no Camp Fivetran, no In-person SKO, no office visits for In-person connection.ERG values are negated with events like closing business with FOTF & altering tweets
