comparable compensation package, ability to be vested in the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority of people are friendly and try hard to complete tasks given. I enjoy the team spirit and team interaction. Still many silos between different teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company is trying hard to make the place inclusive and managers (some of them) seem genuinely interested in work problems and how to overcome them. Majority of people I met are genuine and professional.
