Willingness to share ideas and get "stuck in" to help me with problems I encounter. They have been super helpful during my onboarding process and I look forward to working with them each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers solve their data integration needs with a super easy to use & intuitive product. It is a tremendous timesaver! Working on this product has also led me to learn a number of new technologies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it is the friendliness & openness of my colleagues & managers. There aren't toes to step on or taboo topics to avoid. It's a culture where it feels like we're all pulling on the same rope in the same direction to reach our shared goal
