What makes you most happy at work?
The wins. Closed/won renewals and getting sales wins.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not capped at 100% of my bonus payout.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of the other managers are incredibly helpful and available to help with questions and brainstorming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're not in some high castle somewhere distant. They're present and available. I love that about them. Taylor and Jim specifically are present and I see them at the office and company events, they're approachable, and help contribute to morale and camaraderie.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm coming from an environment where company morale was moderate to high, but customer success team morale was the lowest of any company I've worked in. It's night and day from that previous role. I'm excited and enthusiastic about the role and the team and enjoy waking up and working every day.
