What are some of the best things about your team?
My team supports one another. Our manager has fostered an environment for open feedback and dialogue and we each show up daily to support one another to do our best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am given autonomy to do my job and to do it well. I am never micromanaged, I am given trust. I also love that the office in Denver is dog friendly. We are given a beautiful space to gather and be productive, but trusted to work at home when we prefer to.
