Get Stuck In, and Do the Right Thing...the values we live by. The core values are emulated in every conversation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All review periods are not the same. One is for comp, while the other seems to simply be an exercise. All review periods should include comp for work and efforts. The way it is cycled, there is a population who would not get a merit raise for well over a year.
