What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the teams that I work with are the way they embody Fivetran's "One Team, One Dream!" philosophy. Everyone is willing to help each other and work towards a common goal!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find that the leadership team maintains good oversight of the company without being too far removed from the work and concerns of individual contributors. They are very receptive to feedback and maintain a good level of transparency.
