Employees actually take time off. The only issue there is because we aren't working a call center, the work just builds and more has to get done in a shorter amount of time.
Open and don't seem to be providing "non-answer" answers when employees ask harder hitting questions at all hands. Also, they show face and don't give the feel they are doing things behind closed doors.
