Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
So far Fivetran has been one of my favorite places to work. I love my job and my coworkers. The problems we solve are challenging and highly complex. There's room for innovation in problem solving and for impact at the culture and process level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs, good insurance, and matching 401k.

They are transparent and available.

My team and getting to work with them in person thanks to our optional hybrid environment.

The collaborative nature. And being able to make changes if something isn't working or could be better.

The team is very close-knit and supportive of each other. We enjoy each other's company and collaborating on problems together.

They are pretty transparent and give regular updates at the all hands on how the business is doing. They don't sugar coat.

My team is very supportive and really enjoys what they do. They love their jobs and they love collaborating with each other.

matching 401k, good healthcare, lots of PTO (not unlimited but something I consider even better: generous and with a mechanism that encourages you to take time off)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's no shame in asking for help. Everybody is very supportive and happy to jump in and assist wherever needed. Most want to make the processes, workplace, and culture better.

The culture is very supportive. One of the most quoted and respected company values is "1 team 1 dream" and it sounds cheesy but people really do believe in it.
