The leadership team has the right intentions and a clear vision about where we're headed at a high level and does a good job communicating that.
Our OTE is low by comparison in the market, we may have "data" to say otherwise but as a hiring manager we've been the lowest offer every-time (by a decent amount) - I wish we would just say/admit it vs. being hand wavy about it so that as a manager I could be clear with candidates.
