Fivetran is going through quite a bit of growth which comes along with it's typical challenges and overall I've been very happy of my experience here at Fivetran but it's not without it's frustrations. At the top of the list is recruiting/hiring, performance transparency, and diversity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a general approach to help each other as a community and group/team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has the right intentions and a clear vision about where we're headed at a high level and does a good job communicating that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our OTE is low by comparison in the market, we may have "data" to say otherwise but as a hiring manager we've been the lowest offer every-time (by a decent amount) - I wish we would just say/admit it vs. being hand wavy about it so that as a manager I could be clear with candidates.
