salary is good and the HSA contributions, WFH benefits, etc. are good as well

transparency and accountability across the org through all hands, Q&A, and they think big picture

feeling like i "get it" and am able to impact the business and team in a positive way
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy being around like-minded individuals who are dedicated to being successful at what they do; i like being able to meet others and get together occasionally for team and/or location happy hours
