Getting to help co-workers do their jobs better and getting positive feedback from them

The analytics team feels like a foundational part of the company and are given whatever resources we need
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation amount and equity. Getting to WFH pre-Covid was nice and looks like we'll keep and expand that for after
