I love working at Fivetran. It is the best company I have ever worked for. I love the people, culture, no politics (or at least if there is, it is always addressed head on by senior leadership), I love our values, product, people we hire, benefits, the little FT gifts that are before QBRs, etc
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that some of the LT are extremely accessible, honest, transparent and don't shy away from difficult situations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i like the new levelling structure. Before this, I would have said I wasn't paid fairly but now that everything is transparent, I know I am.
What makes you most happy at work?
hands down, my team.I love my work too. I am truly in my dream job, being creative and coming up with new ideas. No micromanagement- this is really important to me!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. They are fully invested in the success of the team and hitting team goals. They are very supportive with reps who are struggling and share what works with each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
lovely new office which makes going into the office a positive experience, very busy and always something to do which I thrive on, opportunity to go above and beyond and always a way to have your ideas listened to
