Overall good, Need to improve on below area: There should be time to time updation of the documentation so that there is single source of truth and accessible across the teams. Since we are evolving the work life balance and capacity should be considered when planning the work.

I think there should be standard compensation across based on the skill and level, at least after the completes probationary period
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexible work timings and working from home. Applications and benefits should be distrubuted rightfully. Supporting team members , HR and mangers in employee hard times
