FLYR never hesitates to meet compensation requirements to keep team members happy. Constant upward trajectory.

Everybody in the team tries really hard to make things happen and to help each other.
Great group of people from all over the world. I guess being in the travel industry attracts very diverse set of people. Lots of motivated and dedicated team members that often enjoy time together outside of the office.
I feel like I know everyone even a little bit because of how friendly everyone is.

Nice work environment, even if the work pace is really fast, you don't feel like you're being rushed constantly. The people are really friendly
Everyone is friendly and transparent. Communication is never an issue.
I feel like we aren't pushed to be a certain way. Some companies push really hard for specific social norms or act really fake and I appreciate that we don't do that here.

The interview process was really quick and I had the opportunity to meet a lot of the people I was going to work with, which gave me a good sense on the company culture
Personal and hands-on. Transparent about the role and get to know the people on the team.
It was unlike any other interview I had in the past. It didn't focus on generic questions related to things like personality or experience. Instead the interview engaged me with good conversation in order to get a read on how I would fit for the role I applied for.
