What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team always listens to what the engineers have to say, and execute quickly if there are any issues. They give recognition to the team when things go well and protect them when necessary
Super hardworking and motivated to change an entire industry. Very grounded and integrated with the rest of the team.
I feel comfortable with our leadership team with regard to discussing feedback (negative and positive). They're also very approachable in general and feel just like any other member of the team.
We retain a very flat organization despite growth in organization size
