What's the best part of your job at FLYR?
Being able to take as much responsibility as I want, and being able to own my role within the company.
How's the vacation policy at FLYR?
Generous. 24 days of PTO and sick per year, with talk of combining the two into a single PTO beginning 2019
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining FLYR?
I wish I had known how quickly the organization was going to grow. The pace of change has been breathtaking and I would have better braced myself for it.
