What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Most meetings don't need to happen at all. Their purpose is to give managers something to do and an excuse for why everyone needs to be in the office despite being set up to work from home.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are incompetent egomaniacs. The board of directors appear to be incompetent as well. No one seems to care that people are quitting.
