Long Phu is abusive to all staff in front of customers. He bullies staff every shift looking for ways to make their shift harder than it already is. This creates a toxic work environment and in his postion this is completely unaccepltable

teamwork could improve, managers need to stop scaring the female employees into losing their job for speaking up about harrassment
New management would fix almost all the problems
Scheduked 6 days a week and schedule and training schedule was always changing and just expected to deal with it. They should be a deadline to post a schedule once pisted no changes allowed hnless someone is filling in for someone knowingly. This does not occur. No communication
