Establish better communication as there is an extreme lack of communication.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The site itself is great as are the clients, however the attitude of the employees is negative and lazy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
While the national management team seems ok my regional office management leaves something to be desired. I feel they are unprofessional

Better communication get better candidates that want to work, my site is not hard/boring but not hard and the last few new hires are lazy.
