Really nothing any more. The company has transitioned to being highly anti-employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To executive management. YOU ARE RUNNING YOUR COMPANY INTO THE DIRT. There will be a point of no return. There is a high level of distrust between employees and management. I should not have to come into work every single day and feel like I’m walking on eggshell
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are rapidly reducing under the guise of it being "better" for the employee. In reality we have lost a ton of paid time off and ability to accrue more based on tenure. Every decision made is to benefit the companies bottom line instead of considering all factors.
