Geico is the "low cost" provider. If you were to read the mission statement you will see that Geico only cares about their customers and not their employees. Micromanaged, overworked, and underpaid. Geico mentally burns out their employers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being amongst my coworkers. You will create a family there despite things that should be done on the managerial side of things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mentally stability for their employers. Please understand that it is hard doing demands, liability, solving coverage, etc. Please break these jobs down within the levels of your company. Because a company with burned out employers will not give off the great customer service you so desire.
