Annual Profit sharing is pretty good.

My lead is very competent, humorous, and caring. Makes a difference in motivation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on great assignments that where i can see where the bottom line is affected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is more or less positive. I would say more realistic and have problem solving skills.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was years since the interview and alot has changed. But my interview process was horrendous to say the least.
