The stages of the hiring process gave me more time to prepare and focus for smaller portions instead of overwhelming me all at once.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've always had leaders that genuinely cared about me until recently. It seems leadership is looking for ways to fire people lately and cultivating a culture of fear.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are too many changes all at once that it's hard to keep up with and nothing is in writing. It feels like management is looking for reasons to get rid of people. It would be beneficial to wait until all changes are developed before announcing them, such as prod goals.
