Overall. The environment is extremely negative. Me and team members are constantly being threatened with our jobs. They make our goals almost impossible to achieve witch effects raises and promotions. The pay is not competitive.

Hard working and we have the customers best interest at all times.

Make our goals able to be achieved. Cookie cutter goals dont work on all shifts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To stop treating workers as machines. Stop killing us with impossible goals to make it impossible to get a raise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is none. We are threatened with our jobs on a monthly basis. If we are lucky they will buy us pizza once every couple months.
