What is the best part about your compensation package?
GEICO has a pretty good benefits package. My out of pocket expenses have been very minimal after insurance
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a sense of family with most members of the team. We are able to work together well to accomplish our goals
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more than a typing test. The candidate is allowed to display an array of skills such as interpersonal, thinking, and problem solving skills
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management team does not seem invested in developing others only furthering their own careers. Instead of resolving issues they seem only interested in covering them up. There is so much talent that gets over looked and pushed out the door its a wonder the organization continues to grow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I beleive my career has hit a ceiling and there are no avenues to further it. I have expressed interest in taking on projects and new challenges and have been denied the opportunity, but then asked to help others on projects they are doing to advance their career. I have become disengaged
