While I did like everyone I worked with and I thought the company wants to do right by its employees, the pressure to get the best stats is insane. I mean I shouldn't be having a panic attack in the break room due to my call time being a little high. That happened more than once.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, not being on the phone. I work at a call center and its back to back all day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that my team is dedicated and want to do the best job possible to make the customer happy and knowledgeable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is more than fair and the benefits are excellent. The benefits don't also take a year to kick in like other places.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that the company has a lot of fun activities and works hard to appreciate its employees whether with recognition, food, prizes, etc.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Its an all day process to interview at Geico. There are multiple tests and interviews. I know they want the best candidate, but it feels very excessive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really liked my manager. I could tell they were someone who really cared about their team. I liked that the management team really were good people that did their best to put the workers first.
