I would say the most positive thing about the environment is the people who meet and greet you daily. Even if they’re a little sour, they still say hell

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone seemed friendly and welcoming, but it was just a façade. Many employees likely tolerate the toxic culture because Geisinger is the main employer in the area. The false smiles and scripted positivity mask a work environment driven by fear, retaliation, and lack of real opportunity
