How do the current devs on the team act towards new developers that join?
With a company this size, there's no real universal way each team acts. I feel like most teams are professional and inviting to new members.

NOT AT ALL FLEXIBLE. You have 5 days a year to call in sick. If you need a day off you apply, if it's not open ,already ppl off that day on vacation days then you better be there if you dont have any of your 5 sick days to call in left. NO EXCUSES. No doctor excuses are excepted. PERIOD.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Operations department at General Motors?
That was 27 years ago. I do remember there was a lot of questions about problem solving in different situations
How does General Motors handle HR issues?
Theres a HR department that you can speak to the head of HR when theres an issue. Example, work place bullying. That was a big thing in my department in 2018. Their was a few ppl that caused trouble and bullied. After enough complaints there was finally meetings ,mandatory for everyone. Work place bullying, zero tolerance. HR at my plant seemed to care.

Coordination, to be able to learn jobs fast and be proficient. The line runs fast and every job is time studied so you have to be able to keep up.
