I used to enjoy going to work and considered myself a dedicated hard working employee. For the last 20 months I no longer feel this way. My eyes have been opened to the hypocrisy and the lack of courage to deal with hard issues at the Design Fab Shops in Warren. Management caters to UAW instead of doing what is right. Reality does not matter to shop management as long as they can give the perception that everything is operating efficiently. I have had it with the lies and hypocrisy.

For some very special cases, yes. For the most part, no, but most groups offer flexibility. For example, if you need to work from home a day or two a week in many groups this is normal.
